Heads of leading foreign business schools will speak at Gaidar Forum at RANEPA
Heads of world business schools will share their experience with the participants in the 11th Gaidar Forum at RANEPA on January 15-16, 2020. The speakers will include Executive President of IE University Santiago Iniguez de Onzono, President of Nice Sophia Antipolis University Emmanuel Tric and Associate Dean of NEOMA Business School Celine Davesne.
Santiago Iniguez de Onzono is Executive President of Instituto de Empresa University in Madrid, Spain, and a member of RANEPA International Advisory Council. He has been teaching Strategic Management at IE University since 1994. In 1987-1990, he was Associate Professor of Jurisprudence at Universidad Complutense, Spain. From 2016 to 2017, he chaired the Board of Directors of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). He serves on the boards of Renmin University Business School (China), CENTRUM (Universidad Catolica, Peru), Antai Business School (Jiao Tong University, China), Mazars University (France), and FGV-EASP Fundacao Getulio Vargas (Brazil). He holds a degree from Oxford University, UK.
Emmanuel Tric is President and Professor at Nice Sophia Antipolis University. In the late 1990s, he worked at Geoazur laboratory at the UNS, where he studied subduction and landslides through a dual approach of numerical modelling and geophysical imagery, as well as the influence of fluid-structure interactions in the processes of slope instabilities and damage to geological materials. In 2005-2009 he headed the UNS Earth-Environment-Space Training Department. From 2007 to 2010, he led the UNS College of Doctoral Studies, then headed the Geoazur laboratory. In summer 2019, RANEPA Rector Vladimir Mau and Emmanuel Tric signed an agreement on a double-degree program in Nice with the University of the Cote d'Azur and Nice Sophia Antipolis University, France; the plan is to open enrollment in History and in Philology.
Celine Davesne is Associate Dean for Programs at NEOMA Business School, France. She has been working in leadership and management positions for the past ten years at NEOMA BS as an Associate Dean for Faculty and Head of the Languages, Cultures and Society Department, and was first recruited as an Associate Professor. She is also deeply involved in the internationalization of NEOMA BS, and has always been interested in the role and place of intercultural management, diversity and languages in organizations. At the 2019 Gaidar Forum, RANEPA and NEOMA Business School signed an agreement on double degree programs. The two schools will offer a four year trilingual undergraduate program.
