In 2006, Ms. Barinova graduated from the Higher School of Translation and Interpretation at the Lomonosov Moscow State University; in 2007, she graduated from the Faculty of Public Administration at the Moscow State University.
From 2008 to 2010, Ms. Barinova worked as a research fellow in the Gaidar Institute of Economy Policy.
From 2010 until today, Ms. Barinova has been working as the Head of the Innovation Economics Department, Center for Real Sector, Gaidar Institute of Economy Policy.
Her research interests include innovation economy, knowledge economy, science and education, strategic management, business economics as well as the behavior of firms.
Ms. Barinova is a Candidate of Economic Sciences.
