Since 1996 till present – Dean of the Speransky Faculty of Law at RANEPA. 

He held consultations on orders from over 100 commercial organizations. Including: The Center for International Trade and Scientific and Technical Cooperation (Sovincenter OJSC), Rostselmash OJSC, Volzhsky Pipe Plant OJSC, Novosibirsk Aircraft Production Association named after V.P. Chkalov (NAPO), Achinsk Alumina Plant OJSC, Amur Shipbuilding Plant OJSC, Tigi Knauf OJSC, Trud ANO, Argumenty i Fakty CJSC, Ochersky Machine-Building Plant OJSC and several others.

In 1979, he graduated from the Faculty of Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University, in 1990 - the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management (United States) with a degree in Law, in 1992, he took an internship at the British law firm Linklaters & Paines. 

Member of the Scientific Advisory Board of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, Editor-in-Chief of “Grazhdanskoe Pravo” (Civil Law) magazine, Member of the Editorial Board of the “Jurist” (Lawyer) magazine and of the Editorial Board of “Energeticheskoe Pravo” (Energy Law) magazine.

Doctor of Law.

Honorary Lawyer of the Russian Federation.

He has more than 200 scientific publications on the incorporation and activities of legal entities and their management bodies, including 11 books.
