Since 2010, Alexander Ivlev has held the post of Country Managing Partner, EY.
From 1995 to 2010, he worked at Ernst & Young, where he worked his way up from a marketing and business development department specialist to the Head of Client Relations and Industry Development in the CIS countries.
He coordinates the work of the Foreign Investment Advisory Council for Russia, Kazakhstan, and Ukraine.
He supervises the Entrepreneur of the Year Program in Russia, Kazakhstan, and Ukraine.
Alexander Ivlev serves as Chairman of the Russian Advisory Council of the Center for Entrepreneurship U.S. and the U.S. -Russia Investment Fund.
He is a member of the Aristos Premium Academy.
He serves as a member of the Social Council under the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

In 2013, he was nominated as one of the Top 1000 Russian Managers by the Managers Association and took the first place among the company top-level CEOs providing professional services.

He is included in the Fist One Hundred" of personnel management reserve under the patronage of the President of the Russian Federation.
In 2003, Mr. Ivlev received an MBA from the University of Chicago School of Business.
