The Development of the Civil Service: Federal and Regional Government Experience
Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated August 11, 2016 No. 403 approved the Main Development Areas of Public Civil Service in the Russian Federation for 2016-2018 and defined the main tasks for their implementation.
Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation dated September 12, 2016 No. 1919-р approved the Action Plan - Road Map to Implement the Main Development Areas of Public Civil Service in the Russian Federation for 2016-2018.
The issues related to improving the system of professional development of civil servants are suggested for consideration within the discussion. During the expert discussion, the development of the public civil service and the approaches to building a coherent system of professional development of civil servants and members of the executive candidates’ pools will be considered.
