New approaches to education quality discussed at Gaidar Forum

The public meeting of the National Board of Business Education Quality Assessment (NASDOBR), New Approaches to the Assessment of the Quality of Training of National Professional Managers, was held on January 13, the second day of the Gaidar Forum 2017, Russia and the World: Setting Priorities.

The meeting participants included First Deputy State Duma Speaker; Chairman of the Presidium of the National Board of Business and Management Education (NASDOBR) Alexander Zhukov; Director of the Government Department of Public Administration and Personnel Andrei Soroko; Head of the Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science Sergei Kravtsov; General Director of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives Andrei Nikitin; Executive Vice President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, Member of NASDOBR Presidium Alexander Murychev; Executive Vice President of the Association of Russian Banks, Member of NASDOBR Presidium Anatoly Milyukov; Vice-President of the All-Russian Public Organization Delovaya Rossiya, Member of NASDOBR Presidium Nikolai Ostarkov; Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, Member of NASDOBR Presidium Maxim Fateyev; and First Deputy Executive Director of the Association of Managers, Member of NASDOBR Presidium Vadim Kovalyov.

The meeting was moderated by Vice-Rector and Director of RANEPA Institute of Business Studies, President of the Russian Association of Business Education Sergei Myasoyedov and Director General of the National Board of Business Education Quality Assessment (NASDOBR), Dean of the International School of Business and Technology at MISIS National University of Science and Technology Natalia Yevtikhieva.

During the discussion, representatives of public authorities, educational institutions and public organizations discussed the problems plaguing the education system and set goals for improvement.
