Graduates of the Effective Management in Healthcare program receive diplomas in a ceremony during Gaidar Forum
The unique program has been jointly developed by the Presidential Academy and the Healthcare Ministry. The first participants who have successfully passed the training include heads of regional healthcare authorities. The ceremony was attended by Healthcare Minister Veronika Skvortsova, RANEPA Rector Vladimir Mau, RANEPA Vice-Rector, AIRR Director Ivan Fedotov and First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Kagramanyan.
Ms. Skvortsova underlined the high level of the program’s development, the relevance of the subjects and competencies the students selected and the practical orientation of the work produced. She expressed interest in further implementation of educational programs together with the Presidential Academy. Dr. Mau said the program graduates are pioneers and promising professionals, who are likely to serve at senior government posts in the healthcare sector in the future.
RANEPA the Healthcare Ministry implemented the Effective Management in Healthcare program in 2016. The students have participated in four full-time training modules. In addition, the first participants in the program had a great deal of research and design work in the inter-module period under the guidance of their moderators.
