Yulia Chupina is the Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board at SBERBANK of Russia. She is responsible for Strategy, HR and Corporate culture.
Yulia is currently involved with major Bank transformation process, including Agile and Marketplace projects.
Prior to joining SBERBANK of Russia, Yulia worked for McKinsey & Company in Russian and Spanish offices, specializing in Finance and Insurance industry and being a member of Organizational development and Marketing knowledge practices in 1998-2003.
In 2004 she joined VTB Bank as CSO, also responsible for International business, M&A and other functions, then took the position of Deputy CEO and Deputy Chairman of the Management Board till 2009. In 2013-2014 Yulia came back in the same position with the responsibility for Strategy and HR.
Yulia holds honours degree from Moscow State Linguistic University, an MBA degree from ESADE Business School in Barcelona with specialization in Finance at New York University, L.Stern Business school. She studied Leadership development at Harvard University Kennedy school and Insead in 2010-2012.
