Vadim Kovalev holds two degrees: one in Law from the Russian Law Academy of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation and one in Public Relations from the Russian State Humanitarian University.
Apart from his work at the Russian Managers Association, Vadim is also well known for his public work. Vadim Kovalev is a member of the Civic Chamber of Moscow, a member of the Federal Expert Council on the volunteering development. He is the Chairman of the graduates and working youth employment committee at Youth policy council of the Ministry of education and science of Russia, one of founders and executive secretary of the National Council on Corporate Volunteering.
Vadim is also author and teacher of training courses at Plekhanov Russian University of Economics and Moscow State Institute (University) of International Relations MID RF.
