Biography

Since July 2012, he has been State Secretary, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

From November 2010 to July 2012, he was Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

From July 2008 to November 2010, he was Director for Strategic Management (Programs) and Budgeting in the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

From January to July 2008, he was Assistant Minister of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation.

From 2006 to 2008, he was Director of the Department of Economic Policy and Competitiveness of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.

From 2004 to 2006, he was Director of the Center for Strategic Research foundation.

From 2004 to 2006, he was Research Fellow at the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation.

From 2002 to 2004, he was Deputy Head of the Department of Economic Development Programs and Cooperation with International Financial Organizations of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia.

From 2000 to 2002, he was Deputy Head, then Head of the Consolidated Department of Economic Development, then acting Director of the Department of Economic Development Programs of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia.

In 2000, he became an expert at the Center for Strategic Research.

From 1999 to 2000, he was Leading Expert of the Analytical Division of the Department of Business Reform of the Ministry of Economy of the Russian Federation.

In 1998, he graduated from the Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University. BA in Management.
