On November 1, 2017, Maxim Kuznetsov was appointed CEO Philips Russia, Belarus, South Caucasus and Central Asia. Maxim is also a General Manager for Philips Healthcare RCA and Philips Research Russia Leader.
Maxim joined Philips in 2005 and, over the last twelve years, held various Sales, Marketing and Market Management positions. In 2012 Maxim Kuznetsov was appointed General Manager & Commercial Leader Consumer Lifestyle of Philips Ukraine. In 2014 he became Vice-President and Sector Market Leader Philips Consumer Lifestyle RCA.
With the direct involvement of Maxim, Saeco, Philips Zoom and Philips Respironics brands were successfully launched on the Russian market. Maxim Kuznetsov was involved in the launch of Philips official online store, which is now available to millions of consumers throughout Russia. Maxim significantly expanded the products distribution system in the region, relying on a fast-growing online sales channel. Through the balanced management strategy of Consumer Lifestyle business Maxim managed to keep Philips' leading position on the small household appliances market even in the difficult economic conditions. Maxim also worked actively on regional business development strategy, which increased company’s presence on the CIS markets and maintained remarkable sales growth, at the same time ensuring high level of service for partners.
Maxim was born in St. Petersburg. He graduated from University of the Russian Academy of Education, Faculty of Economics and Business in 2000. He received training on leadership development program at Ashridge Business School (London). Since 2012, he has studied under Executive MBA program «Strategic Management and Leadership» and obtained his Master in Management degree at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.
He is married and brings up three children. In his free time he enjoys fishing and skiing, playing volleyball and snorkeling
