Biography

Marina is a business leader with 20+ years of professional experience mostly in organizational development,  people management and change management in the local and international companies (Auriga, Philips, TNK-BP, Kidzania, Sberbank, etc). Marina has delivered a series of landmark transformation programs, most notably, mobilizing the Russia's largest  peace-time workforce of 70,000+, including the university -acclaimed 25,000 volunteers, taking Workforce Vice President position for Sochi 2014 Olympic and Paralympic Games. She also successfully realized the large-scale hospitality development program together with Sochi city administration.

Presently Marina works as HR expert for  International Olympic Committee (Rio 2016, Pyeonchang 2018, Beijng 2022), Managing partner of consulting and training company EVERYCO, executive coach and a professor in several business schools.

Marina has a PhD degree in applied mathematics, PHR certification in Strategic Human Resources, international change consultant certification with Prosci, MBA with INSEAD, ICF coaching certification, Immuntity to Change and Vertical leadership development  certification (Harvard), coach of M.Goldsmith’s institute.

Marina is a member of HR Brand Expert Committees for Russia and Belarus, member of People Investor Expert Сommittee, member of Project Management working groups of Government RF, Member of Charity Funds Board.

Marina was awarded several Government awards, including  Medal of Honor and  medal from Ministry of education, Special certificate from Ministry of Sport. Winner of  the competition “Business woman of Russia 2014”.

Marina is married and has three children.
