Biography

Since 2014 - Managing Director, Vice President for International Cooperation of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP).

Since 2009 - Professor, the Global Economy Department, Global Economy and Global Politics Faculty, National Research University Higher School of Economics.

2009 to 2014 - Head of International Programs, the National Training Foundation (NTF).

2005 to 2016 - Director, the Institute of International Organizations and International Cooperation, National Research University Higher School of Economics.

2002 to 2009 - Vice-Rector, National Research University Higher School of Economics.

1997 to 2002 - Deputy Head, the Division for Support of the Commission for Management Training for National Economic Enterprises of the Russian Federation, State University - Higher School of Economics; Deputy Head, the Secretariat of the Commission for Management Training for National Economic Enterprises of the Russian Federation.

Since 1997 - Deputy Head, the Advanced Projects Division, State University Higher School of Economics.

Since 1996 - Deputy Director, the Moscow Training Fund (the World Bank project).

In 2002, she graduated from the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia with a degree in International Relations,  in 1981 - from the Lenin Moscow State Pedagogical Institute with a degree in English and German Languages.

Candidate of Philology, Doctor of Political Science.

She has the Commendation of the Government of the Russian Federation, Certificate of Merit of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, Commendation of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation, Commendation of the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation.
