Since 2011 - Commissioner for Human Rights, Democracy and Rule of Law, Ambassador-at-Large, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.

Since 2013 - Member of the Working Group for Compliance with the Constitutional Rights of Citizens of the Russian Federation to Personal and Family Privacy when Processing Personal Data, the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.

Since 2013 - Member of the Interdepartmental Working Group at the State Duma of the Russian Federation to Monitor Investigation and Court Trial over Deaths of Children without Parental Care Resigned to Russian and Foreign Families.

Since 2012 - Member of the Expert Council under the Children's Rights Commissioner under the President of the Russian Federation.

Since 2012 - Member of the Coordinating Council under the Chairman of the Federation Council for Interaction with Civil Society Institutions.
