2001 - 2003: Deputy Chairman of the “State Investments Corporation” Federal State Unitary Enterprise (Gosinkor).

2000 - 2001: Business Director of the Mil Moscow Helicopters Plant.

1998 - 2000: Deputy Director General of the Ulan-Ude Aviation Plant OJSC.

Education:

2006: Graduated from the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration majoring in Law.

2002: Graduated from doctorate course at the Moscow Aviation Institute.

1997: Finished postgraduate course at the Lomonosov Moscow State University.

1994: Graduated from the Lomonosov Moscow State University majoring in Sociology.

Mr. Manturov is awarded the Order for Merit to the Fatherland of the second degree, the Order of Friendship, the Order of Honor and the Honorary Diploma of the Government of the Russian Federation.

He is a Class 1 Active State Advisor of the Russian Federation. He is also on the list of one hundred people from the management talent pool under the auspice of the President of the Russian Federation.
