In 1994, he graduated from Moscow State Automobile and Road Institute majoring in technical maintenance and repair of automobiles.
From 1988 to 1990, he was in the Soviet Army.
In 1993 he launched his own business.
In 2003 he obtained his MBA at Kingston University (Great Britain).
Since 2009, he has lectured the course Entrepreneurship" within the joint MBA program of Kingston University and the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.
In 2010 he won the Russian round of Ernst & Young’s International Competition "Entrepreneur Of The Year" in the nomination "Industrial Production".
In February 2011, he was appointed the Head of the Department for Support and Development of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses of the Moscow City Government by the Mayor’s Resolution.
In June 2011, he was appointed the Head of the Department of Science, Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship of the Moscow City Government.
