The Russian Brewers' Union

The Russian Brewers' Union is a nonprofit organization uniting producers of beer and related products and representing the interests of the brewing industry in the Russian Federation.

The Union was founded on September 15, 1999 by a resolution passed at the All-Russian (Constituent) Conference of alcohol-free beer producers in Moscow, which was attended by representatives of 66 companies working in the industry from 52 regions of the Russian Federation.

The Union is currently the largest Russian trade association of brewers. The Union members come from both the Russian brewing industry and the alcohol-free beer market. The Union is currently comprised of 90 companies with a total of approximately 100 plants throughout the Russian Federation producing around 85% of beer in the country.

More than 17 years of active work have earned the Union its well-deserved reputation among brewers, related businesses, and government agencies, who recognize it for its unfailing integrity, irreproachable business standing and consistent protection of brewers' interests at the highest professional level.
